Convenient location next to the rail network to Paris. Easy access to the Eiffel Tower by taxi. Clean and decent hotel with friendly English-speaking staff. Good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of plug sockets. Quiet room.
Felt really comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

On site parking and metro within walking distance or short bus ride from outside hotel main selling point.
Rooms a little small and dowdy.Would benefit from decoration and better beds.A little expenditure per room would result in a recommendation to use this hotel, especially if driving to Paris.

the staff was pleasant, there was a private parking. moreover, we parked our car on-site.
The breakfast they served was miserable, hope one day it will be definitely be improved. Street was very noisy.

compared to price paid, the hotel was really nice. The free private parking was almost unique for the city of Paris
The distance between the hotel and the closest metro station (Chatillon) is 15 minutes walk. It is a bit too long.

We had a fairly pleasant stay at B&B Hotel. The room was decent for the money paid and the location was amazing, with proximity to restaurants and train stations. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Despite some minor inconveniences, like running out of toilet paper and occasional shortages at breakfast, the overall experience was positive. The staff we interacted with were friendly and spoke English. The hotel's lobby was nice and the neighborhood was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for a cheap and cheerful stay.

Price, free parking and cleanliness of the room.
The bed was small and rough. The location is a bit far from the city center in my opinion. You have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the nearest metro station Chatillon.

Hotel is very close to the place I had a business meeting. It is easily reachable b public transport - be aware, though, that regular day schedule resumes quite early (11pm). I did not try the restaurant but the breakfast buffet is ok, though not spectacular.
I would probably not recommend it for people who want to visit Paris, as it is a bit remote (takes you ~ 45min to Gare du Nord)
